“Best In Me” is the seventh take from Vjeezy’s new album Standing On Business featuring heavyweight rapper Slapdee and emerging talent LCJay. Vjeezy is continuing to show why he is one of Zambia’s most hardworking DJs and producers with his consistency and ambition.
This project is an act of audacity. It has 17 songs with contributions from a whopping 33 artists. This project collects both historic and new voices across genres like hip hop, Afrobeat, R&B, and dancehall all into an exciting project. Legendary artists such as Chef 187, Macky 2, Ice Prince, Jay Rox, Yo Maps, Jae Cash, Drifta Trek, Blood Kid, Willz Mr Nyopole, Elisha Long, among others, have made contributions to this project.
Collaborations are nothing new for Vjeezy. His last project, Fuego, also had 17 tracks with contributions from 32 different artists. Many of the contributors from Vjeezy’s last project, including Slapdee and Ice Prince, and Bow Chase and T-Sean are back and established Vjeezy’s role as an artist that people want to work with again and again.
